Who’s been bad?

I can understand the paranoia after Stabby McStaberson knifed someone in the arm outside of Psi U last night, but what the fuck was up with all the police at the Halloween Party? I thought one of the concessions of moving it to Mocon was so that Eclectic could still have some semblance of control? Whenever party goers left, there would be a cop right behind them closing the door like a little automaton. You know how in the Jetsons, the maid robot would hover behind George Jetson sweeping up his crumbs as he walked? Like that. Except a pissed-looking guy with a badge and a walkie talkie.
