Joan Bosco’s APOPTOSIS!

A recent Developmental Biology (BIOL 218) project asked students to meld their understanding of developmental biology and their own artistic creativity into one beautiful ball of SCIENCE. One student, Joan Bosco ’09, chose to demonstrate her understanding of apoptosis (programmed cell death) through film.

This film was shot in our very own WestCo Lounge. If you’re just interested in the death scenes, skip to about 4:30.

Very educational. Unfortunately, I barely understood what was being discussed but I REALLY enjoyed watching alot of my friends in an amusing movie. Good luck on your project.MSK

Well hey, it made my afternoon. Now let me get back to my crummy 10 pg. SBS (social bullsh*t)-laden paper. That’s theoretically due in a half hour, but is only half finished.–Michelle
