Dr. Denis Alexander, Director of the Faraday Institute for Science and Religion in St. Edmund’s College at Cambridge University will be giving a lecture about the relationship between science and religion.
“Is belief in God an unscientific and harmful delusion, as biologist Richard Dawkins claims? Does evolution contradict the Bible? What is the relation between scientific and religious knowledge? Dr. Alexander will engage and critique the view that science and religion are inherently in conflict, and offer positive models for connecting science and faith. Q&A to follow the lecture.”
