3.14159…

March 14th is the 2nd most nerdy holiday (after Mole Day, which the chemistry teachers at my high school loved)…

Pi Day!

You can celebrate by baking a pie (or just eating one), memorizing pi, or playing really shitty high school pi games. Example: Name That Circle– Students are shown a graph of a circle and the student that can correctly give it’s equation wins!

Speakine of pi and pies and the like, so much for the big pie in D.C. Looks like the Democrats have sold out those of us whoput them back in power: http://usatoday.printthis.clickability.com/pt/cpt?action=cpt&title=Senate+Democrats%27+budget+leaves+war+funding+intact+-+USATODAY.com&expire=&urlID=21528127&fb=Y&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.usatoday.com%2Fnews%2Fwashington%2F2007-03-13-budget_N.htm%3Fcsp%3D34&partnerID=1660Bush got everything he wanted and despite all their talk, the Dems are funding the war. Quick, what’s the difference between a Democrat and a Republican? – if you said 0 you’d be right (and if you said less than Pi you’d be only off by 3.14159..)
