Facebook is gearing up for a facelift, and they’ve created a group called Facebook Sneak Preview with screenshots of things to come. The most dramatic change is the implementation of a Network page, which delivers, among other things, a functional event calendar and easily accessible network trends.

there’s also a handy little piece of mac freeware that will let you export your photos directly from iphoto – you need iphoto 5, and os x 10.4 or later, but it’s much nicer than having to deal with the facebook screen, and you can tag/caption/everything else from iphoto http://www.freemacware.com/facebook-exporter-for-iphoto/

They’re finally adding back the ability to simply browse events by date? They had that for a while, then destroyed it (over a year ago) by switching to the current system. Which is useless for finding public events to which one may not have received an invite.
