Tuesday
Lunch: Pulled pork or bbq tofu (vegan) sandwich, coleslaw, red velvet cake
Dinner: house salad, chicken or tofu mole or STEAK, rice & beans, torta tres leches (one of my (Chef Jon’s) personal favorite cakes — very rich)
Wednesday
Lunch: grilled salmon or portobella mushroom w/ bearnaise sauce (vegan available), Israeli couscous, seasonal vegetable, gateau Breton (Breton cake)
Dinner: lamb or vegetable (vegan) curry, sambar, dal, basmati rice, raita, chutney, gulab jamun (indian sweet)
Thursday
Lunch: Thai chicken or vegetable (vegan) curry, seasonal vegetable, jasmine rice, almond custard
Dinner: Cuban garlic-tomato soup, grilled garlic pork or tofu (vegan) or TUNA STEAK, rice, beans, pina colada cake
