Glory! Glory! Glory!

Surfing through Lynn Cartwright-Punnett ’07‘s photos from Senior Week, I spotted this delicious t-shirt, here modeled by the lovely Midge. Since I speak no Russian, people have told me it says (speculatively): “Glory! Glory! Glory! We are Released!”

Does it? Where are you, Russian speakers?

As the originator of the photo, I would like to point out that not only is Midge wearing this t-shirt, so was Doug. Furthermore, they were both also wearing the Midge/Doug construction buttons, thus warranting the title “double-Douged,” as in, “I am currently double-Douged” or “double-Douged out.”

As I am Russian and currently in Moscow, I can attest to the fact that this in fact does say Glory, Glory Glory. The last word could very well mean “We Are Released”, however, it is hard for me to make out the the last part of it due to the fold in the shirt and my drunken state. And yes, it is before 5 here.Best,Jason K
