Cute Consumerism At Its Best

I dedicate this post to Marianna Foos ’08, Wesleying contributor and Hello Kitty connoisseur, who keeps saving her posts as drafts so I don’t know what to do with them. From House of Procrastination, a Williams blog:

Thank you Xue! I bought you some alcohol today, I hope they don’t confiscate it at customs! As for the drafts…something I wrote a while ago got deleted by a higher-up without explanation and now I have performance anxiety. I thought those were going to that big text box in the sky where things often go when you close the tab without saving. I am a little embarrassed that you’ve been seeing them, as they were not very polished.

Hey, thanks so much for the link (especially considering how much stuff I “borrow” from your site – don’t worry, I source cite like the good little former student I am). Anyway, I (and my friend who sometimes posts on my blog) are huge fans of Wesleying and can only hope that one day someone at Williams will get their shit together and do something similar (although, I graduated, so my level of caring has significantly decreased). Anyway, thanks and sorry about that Gawker bullshit.-B
