Who: Any one with an active or inactive interest in meditation practice, with experience or without. all traditions welcome.
What: Weekly Meditations
When: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.
Where: Buddhist House, 356 Washington St., the mansion looking house with the big pillars on the edge of campus right before dunkin donuts (prayer flags out front)
Why: Coming to meditations is a good way to take a study break and start the evening off mindfully and peacefully. Instruction is offered and beginners are encouraged. Tea is served afterwards and all are welcome to stay and hang out in good company. Our house is your home.
