What’s up, Psi U?

The Xi Chapter of Psi Upsilon Fraternity (Wesleyan College) received the Diamond Award for Exceptional Chapters, the top award bestowed on a chapter of Psi Upsilon, at the 164th Psi Upsilon convention. The Diamond award recognizes chapters that distinguish themselves by exceeding the Psi Upsilon Fraternity chapter standards in all aspects of fraternity life and is often known unofficially as our “Chapter of the Year Award.” It was also reported at the end of the 2006-2007 academic year that the Xi Chapter also has the largest membership of any chapter at over 75 brothers.

In addition to this award, the chapter received the Garnet and Gold award for academic achievement, The Clasped Hands award for philanthropy and service and an award of distinction recognizing the chapter’s work in hosting a banquet in honor of the late Captain Joseph Pagano of the Middletown Fire Department.
