S&C menu 10/29

Due to floor refinishing mercilessly slaughtering the braincells of Chef Ryan, all dinners this week will be shifted to the next day thusly:

Tuesday
Lunch: Thai red curry with chicken or tofu (vegan), jasmine rice, yogurt parfait
Dinner: Green salad with apple cider vinaigrette, lime and cumin
grilled chicken or tofu, poblano mashed potatoes, corn and mushroom
saute with Chimmi-Churri sauce, banana cake

Wednesday
Lunch: Navratan Korma with chicken or tofu (vegan), basmati rice, coconut cookies
Dinner: Green salad with sherry vinaigrettte, pasta bosciola with chicken or tofu, carrot cake

Thursday
Lunch: Corn chowder with or without salmon, flat bread crisp, mango yogurt
Dinner: Green salad with carrot ginger vinaigrette, Massaman curry with chicken or tofu (vegan), jasmine rice, coconut custard



Wait Till Next Week: Beef or tofu stroganoff, apple strudel
