Dinner: Green salad with garlic vinaigrette, seared salmon or roasted tofu brined in a ginger reduction, wasabi mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, coconut cake

Lunch: Southwest frittata with or without bacon, roasted red bliss potatoes, pineapple yogurt
Dinner: Green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, penne with grilled shrimp or tofu in tomato vodka sauce, chocolate espresso bars
