Star and Crescent Menu This Week

Monday
Dinner: Green salad with tomato saffron vinaigrette, Cajun shepherd’s pie with beef and pork or tofu, pond cake

Tuesday
Lunch: Asian chicken or tofu salad dressed with ginger scallion aioli over mixed baby greens, fresh fruit and creme
Dinner: Green salad with cilantro dressing, chili with beef and pork or vegetarian version (vegan available) with cheddar cheese and sour cream, scallion and poblano corn bread, banana custard

Wednesday
Lunch: Thai green curry with chicken or tofu, jasmine rice, tropical yogurt
Dinner: Green salad with garlic vinaigrette, seared salmon or roasted tofu brined in a ginger reduction, wasabi mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, coconut cake

Thursday
Lunch: Southwest frittata with or without bacon, roasted red bliss potatoes, pineapple yogurt
Dinner: Green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, penne with grilled shrimp or tofu in tomato vodka sauce, chocolate espresso bars

First three freshfolk eat free, as always. P.s. Damn, this week is looking elaborate. I’m especially eager for the Pond Cake.

    I think the misspelling is deliberate (info here) and consider it somewhat entertaining but for the fact that within a day or so this menu will be way far down on the page. When that happens, the easiest way to find it is to do a CTRL+F search for the words “star and crescent menu.”I suggest the win-win solution of adding the words “star and crescent menu” to the body of the post, and leaving the curiously misspelled headline intact.
