Just a quick reminder for those who missed it the first time around: the Wesleyan Homebrewing Club will be hosting a “Learn to Brew” extravaganza tomorrow afternoon. No experience necessary, and you don’t need to be 21!
We’ll be brewing an amber winter warmer, a nutty brown ale and a deliciously creamy chocolate stout. Have no idea what any of that means? Come on by!
Once you start drinking beer you brewed, you’ll never go back.
WHEN: Thursday, Feb. 7
NEW TIME: 4:00 (come on over right after class)
WHERE: 88 Home
WHAT YOU GET: A comprehensive lesson on the equipment, ingredients and skills you need to brew a batch of beer (it’s actually not very hard). Also, if you can prove you are 21, you will get one of the beers from the sample batches we’ll brew (but not for two or three weeks: it has to ferment, clarify, condition and carbonate).
