Habitat for Humanity Louisiana Fundraiser

Laurel Dezieck ’11 is leading a group of six Wes students down to Alexandria, Louisiana, over spring break to participate in the Habitat for Humanity’s Collegiate Challenge. Along with teams from colleges around the country, they will build a house for a homeless family. But first, they are holding a fundraiser to try and get some money to donate to the building project.

There will be a 50/50 raffle this week, with tickets sold in Usdan every evening from 6-8 pm until Friday. Tickets will be $0.50 each and $5 for an arm’s length, and the winner will receive half of whatever profit is made. All profits will be contributed to Habitat for Humanity. Good luck!
