The Wesleyan Jewish Community invites you to a very special Friday night service with The Kirtan Rabbi accompanied by percussionist Shoshana Jedwab and Rabbi Jill Hammer. Services will be led in the Kirtan style: a form of chant developed India to heighten participation, communal feeling, and ecstatic communion with the divine. Come ready to dance, sing, eat, chant, and welcome the weekend like its never been welcomed before. Free dinner and more chanting to follow services.

Edit: the Kirtan Rabbi and co. have canceled for tonight because of the snow, but services will still be held in the Bayit, 6:15 and the Kirtan Rabbi will make his Wesleyan debut next weekend!
