A prominent state governor resigns over a prostitution scandal and what do you do? Make it into an advertising campaign, of course. From the small text at the bottom:
“At Virgin Mobile you’re more than just a number. When you call us we’ll treat you like a person, not a client. Whether you’re #9 or #900, you’ll get hooked up with somebody who’ll finally treat you just how you want to be treated.”
Ouch.

great ad!@erog: he may have been “defective” (and an asswipe) but he DID bring “change and ethics” to government.Tony Deyal said it well (google it):Elliot Spitzer was hard on white collar crime. He was hard on securities fraud. He was hard on price fixing. He was hard on.

Excellent marketing! Amazing how 70% of the electorate in NY elected a defective governor. They ignored his defects because they perceived him to bring change and ethics to government. Parallels are to be seen in our current presidential politics.

Ugh. I was just washing the dishes from dinner and saw Inside Edition on TV. They were revealing new photos of the hooker and carefully detailing the design and position of each of her tattoos.::Sigh::
