Help the people who keep Wes running!:

Want to Teach English?

WesESL connects tutors (you!) with Wesleyan employees (custodial staff, food service workers, and others), their families, and Middletown residents who want to learn English. We’re looking for new tutors for to teach during the remainder of the semester, the summer, or next school year. If you’d like to teach English as a second language to those who make this campus run, there are opportunities for tutoring starting immediately, and no experience is necessary! This program relies on dedicated, enthusiastic tutors like you and is a great chance to get involved with a warm community outside the bubble. Don’t worry if your schedule is crammed right now– apply for positions for next year. Work study students can be paid for their tutoring time.

Questions? Write WesleyanESL@gmail.com. Otherwise, fill out our quick web application here. Thanks again and we’ll see you soon.
