    It is either:1) A hoax.2) Viral marketing for something (unlikely, since it’s Hartford).3) Something that looks like an animal but isn’t. (Logs, weeds, etc)Look up “List of Cryptids” on Wikipedia. Like 99% of the ones that have been photographed fall into one of those three categories.
