The latest issue of Vanity Fair has a whole page devoted to the awesome Wes alums who have made it big in the entertainment industry. Since we received three separate tips about it (thanks, Hunter King ’08, Sarah at MiddBlog, and Mia Silverman P’08!), I figured I’d better buy a copy and scan it.
The blurb explains that “This tiny Connecticut university, with a total enrollment of 2,700, has turned out a shockingly disproportionate number of Hollywood movers and shakers. Herewith, some of the most likely to succeed.” While there are some awesome entertainment wesfolk who were left out (Kim Stolz, Zack Whedon, Halley Feiffer, and more), it’s a pretty impressive list nevertheless.
(Also, be sure to note Sebastian Junger ’84 in the bottom left corner; he’s both voted “Most likely to be awesome” and also listed as a journalist at Vanity Fair. Hmm, interesting. Thanks, Sebastian!)
