Compost demystified

If you’ve been wondering about those strange green barrels dotting campus, wonder no more: check out this post on green machines on the EON blog. They’re strategically located so that you should have easy access to one no matter where you live.

I’ve thought composting was a great idea for a while, but my aversion to dirt and stinky things prohibited me from actually composting until last year (I know, shame). I’m glad I got over it because it’s way more enjoyable to turn one of those things than you’d think. So start collecting your scraps and give one a spin! If you have questions or need a bucket, email compost@wes.
