Join Rachel Shopper ’10 for midweek yoga sessions this semester, Wednesdays at 4:30 in the Butt C lounge:
Rachel’s classes focus on body awareness, presence of mind, strength, and flexibility as she moves students through a mindful flow of postures. Classes will include yoga postures as well as breathing techniques and brief meditation experiences. These three practices help to calm and center the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and cultivate fitness.
Yoga is a practice of bringing the body, mind, and spirit into alignment with each other and connecting to source energy and joy. Whether you are just beginning to explore yoga or have been working with it for some years, she invites you to explore the delicious edge of your practice!
