The Wooodrow Wilson in-school tutoring program still needs tutors – come to an info session tonight if you’re interested:
The Woodrow Wilson tutoring program matches Wesleyan students with Woodrow Wilson Middle School students. Wesleyan tutors meet with them twice a week, help them get organized, caught up with schoolwork, and serve as their motivation to do well in school. This is a great opportunity to get out into the Middletown community and get to know some great middleschoolers in Middletown.
It’s only a four-hour a week commitment and is one of the few programs that is during the school day instead of after school. If you’re interested, please come to an info session at The Office of Community Service at 167 High St. on Sunday, Feb 22 at 8pm. Email wwmstutor(at)gmail.com if you have any questions. Work study positions available for students with federal work study.
Date: Sunday, February 22nd
Time: 8 pm
Place: Community Service Office at 167 High St.
