We’ve outsourced the New York/Boston shuttle service to an outside company and are charging simply the price the company charges divided by the number of people riding it. For the Bradley shuttle, we are using Wesleyan Transportation vans, and the fee helps cover department and administrative costs. The WSA Transportation Committee is seriously exploring outsourcing the Bradley shuttle to lower prices.-Jen
