Help Desk is a student-run organization within ITS that provides support for nearly all student questions about technology. We fix your computer, repair your Internet connection, disinfect your viruses, and make your iPhone and game console work with Clean Access… all in a fun, student-oriented environment.

We’re hiring now for the fall semester, so you’ll have a guaranteed job when you arrive on campus—no competing with the hordes of freshmen looking for jobs in the fall. You’ll also get to come back to campus early for our annual Dorm Storm event! And you’ll have just a few training sessions to attend this semester, where you’ll get free food. Mm, free food.
No experience is required, you don’t have to be a computer science major (in fact, most of us aren’t), and we hire regardless of work-study eligibility. Freshmen and sophomores are preferred.
