WesESL connects tutors (you!) with Wesleyan employees (custodial staff, food service workers, and others), their families, and Middletown residents who want to learn English. If you’d like to teach English as a second language to those who make this campus run, there are opportunities for tutoring starting in the fall, and no experience is necessary! This program relies on dedicated, enthusiastic tutors like you and is a great chance to get involved with a warm community outside the bubble. Work study students can be paid for their tutoring time.
