Joe Newman’s Senior Music Thesis

Joe Newman ’09‘s senior thesis recital, entitled “Homages, Tributes and Mash-ups: an Evening of Original(ish) music”, is tonight:

Come hear some original works inspired (stolen?) from some of the great composers of our time. There’ll be Jazz, Latin, Mambo, Classical, and even some other types of music that we won’t spoil for you now, performed by some of the finest musicians Wes has to offer. Is it “original”? Is it even legal? Come and decide for yourself.
