New information and reaction from Wes students

WTNH just aired some new developments as well as reactions from Wes students on its 11:00 newscast. Police surrounded a motel on Washington St. and, when WTNH arrived, had “a man with his hands behind his head” but told the reporter “we are not sure if we are going to make an arrest. This is an active scene. Please step back for your safety.” There was a SWAT team on site as well.

Edit 11:45: I’ve uploaded the video to YouTube and waiting for it to be processed. In the meantime, you may view it here.
