Asante Brooks ’10 Named NESCAC Player of the Week

Asante Brooks ’10 (above, in black), who scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the 86th minute at Trinity on Saturday, has been named NESCAC Men’s Soccer Player of the Week. Asante is tied for the team lead in scoring this season with six points (two goals, two assists). And if you hadn’t noticed, the team is having a pretty damn good season–5-0-2 overall, tied for first in the NESCAC, and ranked second in New England (behind Williams) and 15th nationally.

Wes has two home games this week, against Coast Guard today at 4:00 and against Bowdoin Saturday at 2:00. Keep it up, boys!
