Meditation With BuHo: “Super Delicious and Good For You”

Asa Horvitz ’10 writes in with BuHo’s Second Quarter Meditation Schedule:

As it gets colder and you get busier (or more free!), come to meditation at Buddhist House. We sit Monday–Thursday at 8 am, which is guaranteed to be the best way to start your day ever. We also have an awesome selection of teas. For non-morning people, there’s meditation at 6:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s always guided, and beginners are always welcome. Meditation is about noticing what is already taking place in your life that you might not have noticed, and it is super delicious and good for you.

So, here’s the deal:

  • What: Meditation and tea
  • Where: Buddhist House (356 Washington Street)
  • When: Mondays–Thursdays at 8 am, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm

I really hope I get into Wes (sending application tonight) b/c this sounds so awesome and different and I wanna do it!
(ps i’m also applying ED to Wes for other reasons, not just the Buddhist House, no worries)
