Star & Crescent Menu for week 11/16/09

Here is this week’s menu for the Star and Crescent Dining Club.  We have many new meals this week including ancho chile enchiladas and salmon with pesto creme sauce.  As always the first three freshmen eat free

Nov. 16th
Dinner – Green Salad, w/ Balsamic Vin. Grilled Chicken or Tofu, Garlic Mashed Potato, Mixed Veg, w/ White Wine Sauce
Dessert – Berry Cake

Nov. 17th
Lunch – Gruyere and Asparagus Frittata (Meat option has Bacon), Herb Roasted Potato
Dessert – Pumpkin Mousse

Dinner –Green Salad, w/ Champagne vin. Rotini, Pesto Cream Sauce w/ Grilled Salmon or Tofu
Dessert – Brownies

Nov. 18th
Lunch – Ancho Chile Enchiladas w/ Chicken or Tofu
Dessert – Fresh Fruit

Dinner – Green Salad w/ Curry Dressing, Saffron Cashew Curried Shrimp or Tofu w/ Rice
Dessert – Banana Cake

Nov. 19th
Lunch – Minestrone w/ Fresh Baked Focaccia
Dessert – Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Bars

Dinner – Green Salad, Toasted Garlic Dressing, Mini Shells w/ Italian Sausage and Beef Ragu or Marinara Baked w/ Mozzarella and Parmesan
Dessert – Mint Chocolate Cake
