WESU, Wesleyan University’s non-commercial college and community radio station, is celebrating our 70th anniversary this year, making us the second oldest college radio station in the US. We want you to celebrate with us by participating in WESU’s The Fifth Annual Holiday Pledge Drive. This year’s drive will take place November 30th through the end of live programming on December 13th.
WESU is a critical link between Wesleyan and the broader Middletown community. Shows like The Green Room, Argus News Radio and Wild Wild Live provide community members a better understanding of what goes on here at Wesleyan. These are only a fraction of the many student-produced shows that are broadcast from WESU.
With the coming installation of our new transmitter and antenna, WESU stands to double our potential listening audience from approximately 500,000 to 1,000,000 people. Help us sustain, and expand upon, our eclectic mix of music and public affairs programing by donating here. Or ask your parents to.
And thanks to Gideon Finck ‘11 for the awesome design, which will appear on the new WESU t-shirt.
