COOL TRUCKS COOL TRUCKS

So, it turns out that ALUMS CAN ACTUALLY PRODUCE A Cool Truck.GOOD MUSIC. SURPRISE SURPRISE. TOTALLY UNEXPECTED. Ex-members of Joe Jones, Jon Earle, Andrew Carr and Mike Zimmerman (All ’08), and Ben Seretan ’10 have put out a record as Cool Trucks, which is called Cool Trucks. It is really sweet, and you should definitely give it a listen. It sounds kind of like Clinton-era indie rock.

OMG I CAN’T BELIEVE THE OP USED THE PHRASE ‘CLINTON=ERA INDIE ROCK’ !!!

…because everyone at this college was really young during the clinton administration and clearly did not have cultured enough musical tastes to listen to that back then.

if only I could subtly yet wittily point this out.

Clinton-era indie rock? Ah – sweet, sweet memories of listening to Pavement on the jungle gym. I remember this one time my teacher made me stop listening to Guided By Voices because it was time to learn cursive, oh how time flies.
