Fitness Classes Kick-off Week

simmonsactIILooking for fitness for Wesleyan students, by Wesleyan students?

January 27th to February 3rd is the first week of Wesleyan’s Non-Credit Fitness classes, formerly facilitated by WesWELL, and they are guaranteed to give you a great, fun workout.

Classes include a variety of vinyasa yoga classes taught by Jess Brownfeld ’10 and Jessica Posner ’09, cardio kickboxing taught by Sylvie Stein ’12 and five animal kung fu, taught by Dave Wolovsky ’10.  For more information check out the website and the facebook event, and email instructors with any questions.
