Meditation at Buddhist House

Interested in living in Buddhist House? Want to learn how to meditate? Never meditated before? Still wondering what the sound of one hand clapping is?

This semester, Buddhist House will offer meditation with instruction SIX TIMES PER WEEK! If you thought freedom and happiness and college life were mutually exclusive, think again. Join Buddhist house members and experienced meditators for seated and walking meditation and morning tea.

This semester, evening meditations will be at 6:30 pm on MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS and morning meditation will be at 8 am Mondays-Thursdays. All at 356 Washington Street, Buddhist House.
