Wesleyan students all do fantastic things, but sometimes these accomplishments don’t get the recognition they may deserve. The WSA has formed a new partnership with University Communications and the Deans’ Office to better promote student stories.
You can submit your personal accomplishments or stories through this form on the WSA website. They may relate to academic research, an interesting internship or job, volunteerism, accomplishments in arts or music, etc.
You are also encouraged to share the achievements of fellow students, who may be too modest to do so themselves. No story will be published or promoted without first contacting the student.
We encourage the submission of information about upcoming events related to your achievements – this will allow those who publicize your work to attend your event.
Your stories, if appropriate, will be shared with University Communications and the Deans’ Office. They may be promoted on University blogs and websites, in the Wesleyan Connection, or in other forms of outreach to alumni. Some stories may even be pitched to local or national media.
