Continuing the unending parade of often mediocre college rap videos, the ACB brings you TECHnically Sound’s debut track of 2010, WESTECH State of Mind:
Could’ve done a better job editing out Alicia Keys during the chorus, but it certainly puts Midd Kid to shame, at least in this writer’s opinion. Thoughts?
[Edit by Sheek] If confused, cf. WesLingo to make sense of “WesTech”.
Also anyone else who made Wes-related parodies for Rock and R&B, send us them!

this was for MUSIC 108: History of Rock and R&B as a midterm project…
That was awesome.
I didn’t know that people were still talking about “WesTech.”
this is terrible
I LOVE this!! This is so ridiculous. The chorus gets me every time!
this is the reason why i love wesleyan.
we need more of this!
Who is the guy rapping at 2:55?
Also, good job not making Wes gals look bad like in that semi-pornographic, puerile dream sequence Midd Kid. No WesTechtitutes is something I can get behind.
PS- someone make the Kanye joke.
“whatshername, i’m really happy for you, and imma let you finish, but Braille has the dumbest Wesleying comments of all time”
- Kanye
oh nice! you totally flipped that one over on me! gj!!
WOW. That sucked.
Seems to capture one, rather marginalized aspect of Wesleyan and it is pretty good for a midterm. Not on the level of Midd kid or party on fountain though, sorry.
was horrible
lame

Perhaps, that is the direction to go. I’m sure there are no shortage of groups at Wes that can make similar claims of marginalization. I’d like to hear from all of them.
not bad. not great. ok i guess.
“foss hill at 3am more like foss mountain” is best line
