Come to the Clark Lounge, Sundays at 8 pm.
We will be doing and learning basic meditation, deep breathing, and body relaxation techniques to help deal with stress and make you feel more calm, centered, and relaxed. I have informal training with mindfulness meditation, visualizations, and breathing and would love to hear and learn things you do to help manage stress.
