Remembering Nora Miller ’12

Yousry Benayoun ’11 thoughtfully sends in a song that he recorded with Nora Miller ’12 a few years back:

I was looking through my iTunes and I found a song that Nora Miller and I recorded for fun four years ago. It’s a Rancid cover off of And Out Come The Wolves. I think it’d be nice if we shared it with people…

Here’s a download link for the track.

On a related note, while the Wesleyan community continues to cope with this sudden loss, Wesleying is more than willing to share memories of Nora beyond the mere “film major,” “track star,” “transfer student” snapshots dotting local news reports.  If you have memories worth sharing with the Wes community—anecdotes, recordings, photos, whatever, relating to Nora’s brief time at Wes—please send them to us at staff(at)wesleying(dot)org with “REMEMBERING NORA” in the subject line.

My heart goes out to Nora’s family. I am very honored to have gotten to know Nora when I was back in high school on the track team with her. She was always willing to help everyone. I am shocked to find out what had happened.

I can’t get it to download…it’s seems to redirect to a video game. Is there another link. I’d love to hear it.

an amazing athlete that i admired and strove to be like since i was a freshman in high school. i pray she found the peace she was looking for.

My heart goes out to the family and friends for the loss of Nora. There are many many comments on the Wes Parents List Serve, of sympathy and folks wanting to be able to honor her memory.
