PRIME CLIMB ROCK GYM – Thursday 3:00PM
Join Shane this Thursday afternoon on his trip to the best darn climbing gym that CT has to offer. There are currently only two spots left available in the car but if someone has a vehicle they are willing to bring we could definitely take some more people. It is 15 dollars for a day pass so make sure you bring some money. Meet at Outhouse (132 High Street) at 3pm sharp. RSVP to rshenderson@wesleyan.edu
NIGHT HIKE – Thursday 8:30PM
Come hiking with Jared at the nearby Wadsworth State Park. We’ll see the falls glimmering in the magical light of the waxing gibbous moon. Headlamps can be provided if you don’t have your own. We’ll meet at Outhouse at 8:30PM; email jlefkowitz@wesleyan.edu if you’re down (and if you have a car).
CASTLE CRAIG ALPINE START – Friday 5:15AM
Meet at Outhouse at 5:15 am – that’s the morning, people – for a nice hike to a “castle” for the sunrise. We will be back before 9 am, so having an early class is NO EXCUSE!! BIKE RIDE TO LYMAN ORCHARDS – Sunday 10:00AM
Enjoy a lovely bike ride to Lyman Orchards this Sunday morning for apple picking and cider doughnuts with Lina, Lucas, and Cameron! It’s b.y.o.b. (bring your own bike) and don’t forget your helmet, monies for eatin’s, and a backpack to bring home apples for your friends. Remember, this is a 12-mile bike ride both ways so be sure you are a competent biker (~30 minutes each way moderate speed). Meet at 10 A.M. at Outhouse (132 High St.) on Sunday and we should be back by ~1 P.M.
HIKE LAMENTATION MOUNTAIN STATE PARK – Sunday 3:15PM
Join Carey and Hans on an amazing Sunday afternoon mountain hike. We are going to Lamentation Mountain State Park. We are leaving at 3:15 this Sunday from 132 High Street and will return at 6 pm. Email Carey at kgilchrist@wesleyan.edu and specify whether or not you have a car.
