Dinner –Green Salad w/ Cilantro Dressing. Beef &Pork or Vegetable Chili w/ Cheddar, Scallions, Sour Cream and Buttermilk Corn Bread (Vegan w/out garnish)
Dessert – Chocolate Cream Pie

Wednesday, September 22nd
Lunch- Eggplant Parmesan w/ Penne & Marinara
Dessert- Strawberries & Cream w/ Balsamic Reduction

Dinner- Green Salad w/ Garlic-Herb Vinaigrette. Creole Shrimp or Tofu w/Rice Vegan
Dessert- Berry Crisp

Thursday, September 23rd
Lunch- Carrot and Ginger Bisque w/ Herb Focaccia
Dessert- Trail Mix Bars

Dinner- Green Salad w/Basil Vinaigrette. Lasagna w/ Beef and Italian Sausage Ragu or Vegetable w/Portabella and Marinara
Dessert- Funny Bone Cake
