I would agree that corporate lobbying is a part of the capitalist system. I do not think that capitalism is inherently flawed, its just flawed when it is not properly regulated (i.e. the current system). Democracy Matters aims to reduce the power of lobbying and thus provide a check on capitalism. I just quickly grabbed that graphic last night, I would have paid more attention to every word if I knew people would read it so closely.
