Bon Appetit, along with the WSA Dining Committee, is considering introducing a cheese co-op as a complement the current fruit and veggie co-op. The cheese co-op would give participating students the opportunity to taste a different assortment of local Connecticut cheeses each week.
Email dining committee chair Zachary Malter ’13 ( zmalter@wes) if you want to help make my fantasy cheese hookup a goddamn reality. (I guess you’ll also get to “take on a leadership role in the community, learn about local cheese and farming, work directly with Bon Appetit food services, and shape an entirely new campus initiative.” Whatever. I just want cheese.)
And click this Lolcat if you think this occasion calls for more awkward attempts at cheese-related puns:
I love Primus
YES PRIMUS
I love you both. And ween.
CHEEEESE! CHEEESE!
Oh. My. God. Yes.
Will the milk products used to create the cheese come from humanely-treated animals?
Everyone knows the best cheese comes from the milk products of abused factory farm animals.
