Deb Hall ’11 wants you to save some lives (because you’re cool like that):
Want to improve the health of others? Interested in learning how to take vital signs, perform CPR, and provide health education? Better yet, would you like to gain valuable, hands-on experience doing all of these things?
On Monday, November 1st, at 6 p.m. we will have a representative from the Central Area Health Education Center (Central-AHEC) here to provide information about the Collegiate Health Service Corps (CHSC) program and to gauge student interest.
Please join us in the Woodhead Lounge (that room in Exley Science center next to the glass corridor leading to Hall-Atwater) to learn more and to sign up for training and service learning opportunities. We have opportunities happening as soon as November 13th and as late as next summer–so don’t worry that you won’t find time to get involved! Please contact Deb Hall: dvhall(at)Wes(you know the rest….) if you have any questions. Feel free to check out the CHSC site for more information.
