Due to scheduling conflicts, Thursday Cardio Kickboxing classes have now been moved from 4:30-5:30pm, still in Fayerweather 108, and Saturday classes (still from 5-6pm) have been moved to the Schonberg Dance Studio on Pine Street. Don’t miss the first class — this Thursday, February 3rd! All levels welcome!
What exactly is cardio kickboxing, you ask? It combines punching, kicking, push-ups, squats, lunges, and cardio drills — all set to your favorite radio and hip-hop music — to give you exercise that is as fun as it is rigorous. All of these components will be broken down and taught at a slow pace, and then sped up and combined into easy-to-learn routines that make for an energizing and high intensity cardio workout. Sessions will begin with a short warm-up and end with a five to ten minute abs routine.
