Put the bottle down, Jim. Your writing troubles are over. Well, not really. But it’s a start. It’s kind of like therapy. But with less crying. Maybe.
Anyway, what did Alicia Fuhrman ’12 say again?
Writer’s block? Think again. On FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 4:15 PM in the ALLBRITTON WRITING LOUNGE, the first in a Writing House-sponsored series of faculty-led creative workshops/events will occur. Anne Greene will be leading the first fifty students to respond by Thursday at noon via email to afuhrman(at)wesleyan(dot)edu in a creative writing, prompt-based exercise. It is an opportunity to be forced into creative output, to privately foster, develop, or tease writing urges/abilities, to simply enjoy putting pen to paper outside of a formal setting, or to generally muse/be amongst others who share similar (or perhaps entirely different) thoughts. Prompt will be released by email Thursday evening to those who expressed interest.
Date: Feb. 11
Time: 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
Place: Allbritton Writing Lounge
That’s right, Jim.
