We’re opening up a sandwich stand at the farmer’s market and this week we’ll be making sandwiches with eggplant, fennel yogurt, arugula from Urban Oaks farm, and pickled red onions all on a baguette from CT’s very own Howard the baker. Bring your friends. Walk quickly.
