About 30 minutes, although, there is no real specification. The set list criterion was included so that the applying DJs could comprehensively represent their individual styles. It was not meant to ask for a set list that you would play during the DJ Battle.
Applying DJs should submit a recording of themselves that is reflective of their overall sound. Any audio file, video file, or link that you want to send along would be cool.
