Washing one’s hands of the conflict between the powerful and the powerless means to side with the powerful, not to be neutral.
While I understand your comment, I don’t see how it follows from the post.
For a group to be both Pro-Israel and Pro-Palestine and Pro-Peace is simply to advocate a ceasefire with overwhelming power in the hands of Israel. Therefore, is a type of neutrality that in the long run benefits Israeli apartheid.
