The Cooperative Food Empowerment Directive, a non-profit based in Berkeley, is coming to Wesleyan TOMORROW at Earth House at 1pm!
CoFed helps students create ” “ethically-sourced, cooperatively-run sustainable food storefronts and cafés on college campuses.” Megan Meo of CoFed will leading a short, interactive workshop about food co-ops and ways of being actively engaged in our food systems.We will discuss the possibility of setting up a student-run cooperative cafe on campus, and ways of enhancing and improving the current food-coops.
