Students for NAGPRA Compliance Present: “Trudell” Movie Screening

Did you know that Wesleyan has been violating a law to protect American Indian rights for almost twenty years? From Charlotte Cottier ’12:

The Wesleyan Students for NAGPRA Compliance is hosting a screening screening of “Trudell,” an acclaimed documentary focusing on the life of John Trudell, American Indian activist, spoken word poet, and all-around badass. We will be conducting a discussion after the film (for those interested), and will provide information about Wesleyan’s current state of non-compliance with laws concerning native rights.
